A-Fax Ltd extrude cores and profiles, mainly in polypropylene, in a variety of shapes and sizes.
Product requirements tend to be application specific so over the years we have built up a wealth of experience in supplying products for a wide variety of applications. We work closely with our customers to develop products and our own rigorous quality control standards ensure that once developed a product's material and dimension tolerance requirements are manufactured consistently and reproducibility.
Cores and Profiles can be produced from prime, blended or recycled material. Products extruded in prime or blended material can be supplied if necessary in 1 of 12 colours available from our standard colour range.

Additionally, access to a wide range of additive materials, including anti-static, ensures that, within our available minimum and maximum dimension capabilities, a suitable core or profile can usually produced to meet specific application requirements.
