Bollards added to A-Fax range of Safety Barrier Products

The Protection Bollard has been added to the A-Fax Ltd range of Safety Barrier products both as a stand alone product and as an installation enhancement for other products in the Barrier range.
The Protection Bollard has been designed to withstand high impact forces and to prevent or reduce damage to both the Bollard itself and whatever is the cause of impact. |

The Bollard design is a natural extension of the design principles used in the successful range of A-Fax Safety Barriers. The bollard is supplied pre-assembled and is simply installed by anchoring the base plate to sound concrete using the high quality heavy duty fixing bolts supplied with each bollard.
Bollard construction and design is both simple and effective. Energy absorbing material is fitted to the outer surfaces of a central inner post section to which the bollard base plate is fitted. A yellow circular external section is then slid over the energy absorbing material so that the material fills the annular space between the bollards inner and outer sections. The high visibility and appearance of the bollard are finished off by insertion of an end cap into the bollards outer section.
The bollards offer a cost effective sloution for use for traffic segregation and edge protection of entry and exit access points such as doorways and walkways. |
