A-Fax Introduce Low Cost Rack End Protection Barrier

A-Fax Ltd have developed and introduced a low cost derivative of their successful Traffic IntaLockBarrier™ for Rack End Protection in the Distribution and Logistics Industry.
The rack end protection barrier is available in lengths of 1.8m to 2.5m. Installation is simply a matter of anchoring the two barrier post base plates into good concrete using the 8 high quality fixing bolts supplied with the unit.
When installed the barrier has no direct contact with the racking it is there to protect. As such any impact cannot be transmitted to the racking ensuring rack ends are totally protected from impact damage.
Unlike barriers made from steel or other metals, being manufactured from polypropylene the IntaLock™ Rack End Barrier unit has an inherent 'flexibility' impact whilst also having the strength to withstand high impact loadings. This 'flexibility' means rather than being permanently deformed or destroyed by an impact the barrier absorbs the impact by bending before returning to its original shape and form. This provides a major reduction in the cost of barrier repair and replacement over the lifetime of a modern facility. The barrier also offers low maintenance costs as it won't rust or rot, does not need painting and is easily cleaned.
The unit is assembled without the use of nuts, bolts, screws, nails, brackets or welding. This means that in the unlikely event of impact causing permanent damage to the barrier the unit is easily, quickly and economically repairable.
